摘要
为了实时记录和查询气动调节阀检测结果、追溯产品质量,设计了一种气动调节阀智能检测系统。该系统由触摸屏一体机、位移检测器、信号采集器、测量控制器、质量流量计、两个压力变送器、联锁保护模块以及电源模块等组成,实现了对气动调节阀进行气室密封性检测、调节阀试验检测和阀体泄漏量检测,可快速、智能和高效地完成气动调节阀的行程校验。该系统能自动计算出气动调节阀精度,定量完成气室密封性检测和阀体泄漏量检测,提升了气动调节阀的校验性能,并通过物联网技术实现了计算机终端和移动终端对气动调节阀智能检测系统进行数据访问。该系统已用于相关专业教学、职业技能竞赛、职工培训和职业技能鉴定等。
In order to record and query the test results of pneumatic control valves in real time,and to trace product quality,an intelligent detection system for pneumatic control valve is designed.The system is composed of a touch screen integrated machine,a displacement detector,a signal collector,a measurement controller,a mass flow meter,two pressure transmitters,an interlock protection module,and a power supply module.The intelligent system is able to detect the tightness of the air chamber,the test of the control valve,and the leakage of the valve body,so as to quickly,intelligently,and efficiently complete the stroke verification of the pneumatic control valve.The system is capable of automatically calculating the precision of the pneumatic control valve,and quantitatively completing the air chambe tightness detection and valve body leakage detection,which improves the peformance of pneumatic control valve cabibration.The access from computer terminals and mobile terminals to the data of pneumatic contril valve intelligent detection system is implemented through the Internet of Things technology.The system has been used in related professional teaching,vocational skill competition,employee training,vocational skill appraisal,etc.
