摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清中TNF-α、IL-17水平与患儿病情和生活质量的关系。方法选取2016年12月-2017年12月在本院就诊并确诊支气管哮喘的患儿80例作为研究对象,检测患儿外周血采用酶联免疫吸附法监测患儿血清中TNF-α、IL-17水平,评价患儿病情和生活质量,探讨血清中TNF-α、IL-17水平与患儿病情和生活质量的关系。结果 TNF-α低水平组、IL-17低水平组FEV1/FVC、MEF25、MEF50、MEF25-75均高于对应高水平组(P<0.05);TNF-α低水平组、IL-17低水平组日间症状和夜间症状评分均低于对应高水平组,生活质量评分均高于对应高水平组(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示,TNF-α、IL-17水平均与FEV1/FVC、MEF25、MEF50、MEF25-75呈负相关(P<0.05),与日间症状、夜间症状、生活质量评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患儿血清中TNF-α、IL-17水平与患儿病情和生活质量密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum TNF-α and IL-17 level and the illness condition and life quality in children with bronchitis.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital,80 patients with diagnosed bronchial asthma were selected as the research objects,peripheral blood was collected from all patients for the detection of serum TNF-α,IL-17 levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,so as to evaluate the illness condition and life quality,and to explore the relationship between serum TNF-α,IL-17 levels and patients’ life quality.Results The levels of FEV1/FVC,MEF25,MEF50 and MEF25-75 in the low-level TNF-α group and the low-level IL-17 group were higher than those in the high-level group(P<0.05).The scores of daytime symptoms and nocturnal symptoms in the low-level TNF-α group and the low-level IL-17 group were lower than those in the high-level group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those in the high-level group(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that TNF-α,IL-17 levels and FEV1/FVC,MEF25,MEF50 and MEF25-75 were negatively correlated(P<0.05),and positively correlated with daytime symptoms,nocturnal symptoms and scores of life quality(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-17 in children with bronchial asthma are closely related to the patient’s condition and life quality.
