摘要
目的:观察对产后泌乳不足患者实施中医辨证护理的效果。方法:将160例产后泌乳不足的产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组80例和研究组80例。对照组采用产后常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证护理,评价2组患者护理后泌乳量、新生儿满足率和自我护理能力。结果:护理后,研究组新生儿满足率为91.25%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.736,P=0.017<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者自我护理能力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对产后泌乳不足患者应用中医辨证护理,能够显著提高自我护理能力,改善泌乳情况,效果值得肯定。
Objective:To observe the effect of nursing based on syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine on patients with insufficient lactation after delivery. Methods: A total of 160 cases of puerpera with insufficient lactation after delivery were included as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with postpartum routine nursing,and the study group was additionally given nursing based on syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine for treatment based on the treatment of the control group. The milk yield,the satisfaction rates of newborns and self-care ability in the two groups after nursing were evaluated. Results: After nursing, the satisfaction rate of newborns was 91.25% in the study group, higher than that of 77.50% in the control group, the difference being significant(χ^2=5.736, P = 0.017<0.05). After nursing, the self-care ability in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P <0.05). Conclusion:The application of nursing based on syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine in treating patients with insufficient lactation after delivery can significantly improve the self-care ability and lactation with significant therapeutic effect.
