摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,相较在现场施工作业的传统建筑模式,装配式建筑已成为近年来建筑行业发展的趋势[1],越来越多的建筑采用装配式结构,但在实际施工中,装配式建筑还存在一定的施工技术缺陷,影响工程质量,需要我们逐步完善。结合工程实例,对高层住宅的预制装配式建筑施工的相关技术进行了研究,旨在为后续工程的施工提供一定的参考和借鉴。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,compared with the traditional architectural mode of on-site construction work,prefabricated buildings have become the development trend of the construction industry in recent years.More and more buildings adopt assembly structures,but in actual construction,there are certain construction technical defects in the prefabricated building,which affect the quality of the project and need to be improved gradually.Combined with engineering examples,the related technologies of prefabricated building construction of high-rise residential buildings were studied,aiming to provide some reference for the construction of subsequent projects.
