摘要
以北京怀柔某项目内外墙装修应用为背景,介绍了蒸压加气混凝土条板施工技术,从现场的施工、安装、成形效果及质量试验、成本对比分析等方面进行详细的分析论述。通过对比传统蒸压加气块的施工技术,充分证明了蒸压加气混凝土条板技术施工速度快,成形效果好,经济成本低,且提升了安全文明施工水平。同时,根据现场实际施工情况总结出加气混凝土条板在施工过程中需要注意的环节,为施工企业在今后的工程建设中关于加气混凝土条板体系的应用提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the construction technology of autoclaved aerated concrete slats against the background of the interior and exterior wall decoration application of a project in Huairou,Beijing,and makes a detailed analysis and discussion from the aspects of on-site construction,installation,molding effect,quality test,cost comparison and analysis.By comparing the construction technology of traditional autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,it is fully proved that the autoclaved aerated concrete batten technology has the advantages of fast construction speed,good molding effect,low economic cost,and improved safe and civilized construction level.At the same time,according to the actual construction situation on site,the points needing attention in the construction process of aerated concrete batten are summarized.It provides reference for construction enterprises in the future project construction on the application of aerated concrete slat system.
