摘要
分析了天铁公司铁前新区6#高炉煤气中酸性介质产生的原因、酸性介质溶于冷凝水后对高炉煤气管网和下游用户设备的腐蚀情况。为减少和消除腐蚀危害,采用了喷碱除氯的方法高炉煤气进行处理。介绍了该方法的设计方案、装置组成、工艺流程和特点。
The causes of acid medium in gas of No.6 blast furnace of fore-ironmaking new district of Tiantie Company are analyzed,and the corrosion of blast furnace gas pipe network and downstream user equipment after the acid medium is dissolved in condensate water is analyzed.In order to reduce and eliminate corrosion hazard,blast furnace gas was treated by alkali injection and chlorine removal.The design scheme,device composition,technological process and characteristics of the method are introduced.
