摘要 从首秦金属材料有限公司1200 m3高炉煤气管系波纹管膨胀节多次发生破裂泄漏的情况入手,对其失效机理进行了分析研究,其原因是由于受到高炉煤气中强酸性介质影响,造成316L波纹管膨胀节出现应力腐蚀。并针对这种情况进行分析研究和相关材料试验后,采取更换膨胀节的波纹管材质为Incoloy800来解决此问题,保证了高炉煤气管系的稳定运行。 This paper starts with the case of several cracks and leakages of bellows expansion joint in the piping line of 1200 m^3 blast furnace gas in Shouqin Metal Material Co., Ltd., and has a detailed analysis and research on its failure mechanism. Affected by the super acidic media in blast furnace gas, the SUS316L bellows expansion joint appeared stress corrosion. After the analysis and research as well as the related material test according to this case, the material Incoloy800 of bellows expansion joint was used to replace the old material in order to solve the problem. As a result, it assured that blas furnace gas piping line worked steadily.
