摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱法测定谷物中的三唑磷的残留量,建立不确定度评定的数学模型,分析检测过程中的不确定度来源,计算合成不确定度。结果表明,当三唑磷的残留量为0.027mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.006mg/kg(k=2)。影响结果不确定度的主要因素为仪器重复性、标准溶液配制等。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of triazophos in grain, the mathematical model of uncertaintyevalutionwas established, the source of the uncertainty in the detection processwas analyzed, the resultant of the uncertainty evaluation was calculated. The result shows that when the amount of triazophos was 0.027 mg/kg in cereal, the extended uncertainty was0.006 mg/kg( k =2).The uncertainties of the experiment were mainly derived from repeatability of instrument and preparation of the standard solution.
