气相色谱-串联质谱法测定植物油中抗氧化剂丁基羟基茴香醚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚的不确定度评定 被引量:3

Evaluation on the uncertainty in determination of butyl hydroxyanisole and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol in vegetable oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 依据GB5009.32-2016食品中9种抗氧化剂的测定第三法,气相色谱-串联质谱法对植物油中的抗氧化剂丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)的含量进行测定,按照CNAS-GL006:2019,对测量结果的各不确定度来源进行分析和评定,从而得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示,试验过程不确定度来源主要为样品称量和标准曲线拟合。在95%(k=2)置信区间下,样品中BHA测量结果可表示为(8.17±0.96)mg/kg,BHT测量结果可表示为(9.11±1.10)mg/kg。 According to GB 5009.32-2016 Determination of nine antioxidants in food,the third method,the uncertainty of butyl hydroxyanisole(BHA)and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol(BHT)in vegetable oil were evaluated by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.According to CNAS-GL006:2019 Guides of uncertainty in chemical analysis,uncertainty components were calculated and evaluated.The results showed that the uncertainties were mainly derived from sample weighting and fitting to the standard curve.In this research,confidence interval within 95%(k=2)could be expressed as:BHA(8.17±0.96)mg/kg;BHT(9.11±1.10)mg/kg.This evaluation method is accurate and reliable and is suitable for the evaluation of uncertainties in determination of butyl hydroxyanisole(BHA)and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol(BHT)in vegetable oil.
