摘要
目的对眼眶肿瘤患者术后适应性挑战的问题进行深入了解,以便在治疗及护理过程中有针对性地进行心理干预。方法选择本院20例眼眶肿瘤患者为访谈对象,采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,以半结构式访谈收集资料,将访谈记录的笔记、录音及时转换成文字描述,采用Colaizzi分析法进行整理、归纳、分析,最后向患者求证确认原始资料,把最具代表性的内容总结成若干个主题和亚主题。结果眼眶肿瘤患者在术后适应性挑战可提炼出3个主题:负性情绪的产生、社会关系紊乱以及社会支持缺乏。结论眼眶肿瘤通过手术治疗后,患者内心仍然存在巨大的适应性挑战,应针对这些主题,进行更加有针对性的康复模式和干预措施,将医疗服务从“为患者提供照顾”发展为“与患者共同管理疾病”,以帮助患者恢复家庭和社会功能,尽早回归社会。
Objective In order to put forward targeted psychological intervention measures in the process of treatment and nursing, we should thoroughly understand the problems of adaptability challenges of orbital tumor patients after surgery. Methods 20 patients with orbital tumors in the hospital of the author were selected as the subjects of the interview. Phenomenological research methods in qualitative research were used. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The notes and recordings recorded in the interviews were converted into text descriptions in time. The collected data were sorted, summarized and analyzed by using colaizzi analysis method. Finally, the original data and the patients were verified and confirmed. The most representative content was summarized into several themes and sub-themes. ResultsThe adaptive challenges of orbital tumor patients after surgery can be summarized into three themes: negative emotions, social relations disorder and lack of social support. ConclusionEven though orbital tumors are treated by surgery, the patients' hearts still have great adaptability challenges. We should carry out more targeted rehabilitation modes and intervention measures for these themes, and develop medical services from " providing care for patients" to " managing diseases with patients" to help them restore family and social functions and return to society as soon as possible.
