摘要
目的：观察经结膜切口进路眼眶手术途径的有效性和安全性。方法：选择眼眶病患者共16例16眼肌锥外眼眶肿瘤病例,采用经穹窿结膜切口肿瘤摘除的手术方法,观察术后疗效和手术并发症的情况。结果：16例16眼均达到肿瘤完全效果。16例并发症中术后视力下降2眼,经治疗后,视力均有提高。复视为2眼,出院时已明显好转。上睑下垂5眼,3-6个月恢复。结论：经结膜切口进路眼眶手术途径是一种创伤远小于经皮肤切口的手术进路,术后恢复快,对患者外观影响小,通过此进路可以完成大部分眼眶内包括肌锥外的部分疾病手术操作,是一种值得推广的手术技术。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficiency of transconjunctival approach for orbital tumor in extraconal compart-ment. Methods Sixteen patients（16 eyes）with orbital tumor in extraconal compartment were treated. The tumor in all patients was removed by transconjunctival approach. The clinical results and complications were recorded. Results All 16 cases were cured successful-ly. Complications included visual acuity decrease in 2 eyes,diplopia in 2 eyes and blepharoptosis in 5 eyes. All complications recovered during follow—up period. Conclusion Our findings demonstrated that transconjunctival approach was an effective procedure for treating orbital tumor in extraconal compartment with few complications.
