摘要
微乳凝胶(MBGs)是一种基于微乳的分子凝胶剂,其具有着微乳与凝胶的双重优点,为提高中药难溶性有效成分或部位的溶解度,改善制剂的粘附性,提高药物的生物利用度提供了新方法。本文通过查阅文献对微乳凝胶的制备工艺、经皮释放机理、质量控制、在中药中的应用实例进行综述,并对MBGs研究过程中存在问题进行分析,以期为MBGs在中药经皮给药系统中应用研究提供思考。
Microemulsion-based Gels(MBGs) are microemulsion-based molecular gels that have the dual advantages of microemulsions and gels to improve the solubility of the insoluble active ingredients or parts of traditional Chinese medicines and improve the adhesion of the preparations.Sexuality provides a new way to improve the bioavailability of drugs.In this paper,the preparation of microemulsion gel,transdermal release mechanism,quality control,application examples in traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed,and the problems in MBGs research were analyzed to predict the transdermal administration of MBGs in traditional Chinese medicine.Application research in the system provides thinking.
