数字化聚合环境下教师课程能力的内涵及其发展 被引量:9

The Connotation and Cultivation of Teacher’s Curriculum Capability on the Environment of Digital Convergence

摘要 数字化聚合环境不仅影响了课程形态的更新和学习方式的转变,也影响了教师课程能力的发展。但教师课程能力的相对不足关涉到了学习效果的优化。如何有效发展数字化聚合环境中的教师课程能力,是目前数字聚合环境下教师专业发展和教学质量提升亟待解决的问题。从数字化聚合环境的特点分析入手,在阐释数字化聚合环境下教师课程能力内涵与特点的基础上,从教师转变课程观念、构建教师数字课程开发共同体、完善教师数字化课程能力培育体系和鼓励教师扎根数字聚合环境开展课程行动研究等方面提出发展教师数字化课程能力的可能路向。 The environment of digital convergence not only affects the updating of curriculum form and the transformation of learning mode,but also affects the development of teachers’curriculum ability.However,the relative deficiency of teachers’curriculum capability has effects on the optimization of learning.How to effectively improve the teachers’curriculum capability on the environment of digital convergence is an urgent problem for teachers’professional development and teaching quality.This article began the essay by analyzing the characteristics of the environment of digital convergence and interpreting the connotation and characteristics of teacher’s curriculum ability on environment of digital convergence.The author proposed possible way to cultivate teachers’digital curriculum capability by transforming curriculum concepts on teachers,to build a teacher digital curriculum development community,improving teacher digital curriculum capability training system and encouraging teachers to take root in the digital aggregation environment to conduct curriculum action research.
