摘要
为了有效控制抗疲劳应力钢中夹杂物危害,通过对钢中典型有害夹杂物进行分析,从脱氧工艺、精炼渣系、钙处理工艺、软吹工艺和连铸保护浇铸等方面进行了优化改进,并取得相应效果。实现了钢中夹杂物有效控制,钢中夹杂物形状主要以小尺寸球状和块状为主,夹杂物成分主要以钙铝酸盐和MnS复合夹杂物为主,夹杂物尺寸控制在20μm以内,其中90%以上夹杂物都控制在7μm以内。
In order to effectively control the inclusion damage in steel with anti- fatigue stress, through the theoretical analysis of the typical harmful inclusions in the fatigue stress steel, some optimizations and improvements have been carried out from the aspects of deoxidation process, refining slag system, calcium treatment process, soft blowing process and casting protection in continuous casting etc, and the corresponding effects have been achieved. The effective control of inclusions in the steel is realized, the shape of inclusions is mainly small spherical and block-shaped, the inclusions are mainly composed of calcium aluminate and MnS composite inclusions, the inclusion size is controlled within 20 μm, of which more than 90% of the inclusions are controlled within 7μm.
