摘要
介绍氮在钢中的作用与来源,阐述氮对帘线钢的显著影响,并通过热力学计算,说明在凝固过程中TiN夹杂的析出行为,最后对钢中氮的控制提出相应的措施。通过这些措施的实施和过程工艺的控制,帘线钢成品w(N)平均降低0.7×10-6,w(N)小于50×10-6的比例由原来的92.86%提高到目前的94.25%,为进一步稳定和提高帘线钢的质量提供依据。
The present paper introduces the effect and origin of the nitrogen in steel, expounds the serious effect of nitrogen on the cord steel and describes the precipitation behavior of the TiN inclusions in the process of solidification by way of thermodynamic calculation and in the end puts forward the counter measures for control of nitrogen in steel. By means of implementation of the above-mentioned measures and control of the process technology the w(N) in the finished products of cord steel is reduced by 0.7×10-6 and the proportion of w(N) less than 50×10-6 is increased from 92.86 % to 94.25 % and thus provides a foundation for further consolidation and improvement of the quality of the cord steel.
