摘要
目的探索冠状动脉CT血管成像检查中护理干预的应用价值。方法本次实验对象为实施冠状动脉CT血管成像检查100例患者(在2017年3月20日—2018年3月20日期间选取),采用计算机分组模式,观察组进行针对性护理干预,有50例,对照组进行常规护理,有50例,随后对比两组患者的图像质量优良率、检查耗时、护理满意度。结果观察组图像质量优良率(84.00%)、检查耗时(5.69±1.75)分钟、护理满意度(100.00%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预用于实施冠状动脉CT血管成像检查患者中效果显著,不仅能够提高护理满意度,还可缩短检查耗费时间,提高图像质量。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention in coronary artery CT angiograph.Methods One hundred patients with coronary artery CT angiography(selected from March 20,2017 to March 20,2018)were enrolled in this study.In the control group,50 patients were given routine nursing care,and then the image quality and good rate,time consuming and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent image quality(84.00%),examination time(5.69±1.75)min and nursing satisfaction(100.00%)were better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with coronary artery CT angiography is remarkable.It can not only improve the nursing satisfaction,but also shorten the examination time and improve the image quality.
