摘要
生态文明建设是“五位一体”总体布局的基础,江西省作为我国首批生态文明先行示范区,自2014年以来,江西推进“河长制”建设,全省地表水水质达标率稳定在80%左右,江西森林覆盖率稳定在63.1%,湿地保有量保持91万公顷,设区市城区空气质量优良率86.2%,均远高于全国平均水平。本文通过对江西省生态文明先行示范区2014-2017年环境现状和生态文明建设趋势分析,为其他地区生态文明建设提供参考和借鉴。
The construction of ecological civilization is the basis of the overall layout of the five-pronged approach to building socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the first demonstration zone of ecological civilization in China, Jiangxi Province has promoted the construction of “river length system” since 2014. The rate of meeting the standard of surface water quality in Jiangxi Province has been stable at about 80%, the rate of forest coverage in Jiangxi Province has been stable at 63.1%, the amount of wetland has been maintained at 910,000 hectares, and the excellent rate of air quality in urban districts has been 86.2%. It is higher than the national average. Based on the analysis of environmental status and construction trend of ecological civilization in Jiangxi Province’s ecological civilization pilot demonstration area from 2014 to 2017, this paper provides reference and reference for the construction of ecological civilization in other areas.
