摘要
为达到精准麻醉和优化的围术期管理,超声技术已发展成为麻醉科医师的核心技术。超声下神经阻滞是继续教育的学习内容,包括超声和神经阻滞两方面的教学内容。超声图像和解剖结构相对应的学习是教学的重点和难点,这需要良好的空间立体感和深入的解剖学习基础,如何因材施教以达到高质量的教学效果值得探讨。文章将微课结合PBL在超声下神经阻滞教学中的应用经验和教员与学员的教学反馈进行总结,发现通过问题学习能增强对内容的理解程度,课后结合微课反复学习,加强记忆,教学效果更加显著,此方法可以给非超声科临床医师提供新的教学参考借鉴。
In order to achieve precise anesthesia and optimized perioperative management,ultrasound technology has developed to the core techniques of anesthesiologists.The teaching of ultrasound-guided nerve block includes two contents,ultrasound technique and nerve block.How to map ultrasound image and its corresponding anatomical structure is important and difficult to teach,which needs a good sense of spatial stereology and a thorough foundation of anatomical learning.And how to teach individually and achieve high quality effect is worth discussing.This article sums up the experiences of micro-course combined with the PBL teaching in the application of ultrasound guided nerve block,and the feedback from the teachers and students,found that through the problem students can deepen their understanding and memories,and with the micro-class repeated in leisure time,the studying effect is more prominent.All these can provide new teaching references to the clinical physicians who do not major in ultrasound.
