摘要
数字化三维重建技术在妇科中的应用刚刚起步,但发展迅速、前景广阔。该文以在体腹盆腔三维模型构建的现状为引导,重点阐述其在恶性肿瘤动脉化疗、良性肿瘤UAE手术中的指导作用,及对妇科疑难疾病如来源不明的盆腔肿物、复发性肿瘤等的术前指导作用,并展望该技术的前景。
Digital three-dimensional reconstruction is a newly arising and potential high technology employed in Gynecology. This article aims to review the current status of construction technique for three-dimensional abdominopelvic cavity in-vivo model, and emphasize its guiding role in arterial chemotherapy for malignancy, uterine artery embolization for benigu neoplasm, ＇difficult cases like unknown origin pelvic mass and recurrent tumors. Finally, we look into the prospect of future research.
