学前教育专业幼儿教师职业技能“五全化”培养探索——基于职业院校技能大赛的经验与思考 被引量:2

摘要 《教师教育振兴行动计划(2018-2022年)》(教师〔2018〕2号)提出":为幼儿园培养一大批关爱幼儿、擅长保教的学前教育专业专科以上学历教师"[1],可见大专层次学前教育专业学生将是一段时期内幼儿园教师的主体来源。职业院校技能大赛的举办助推了高职高专院校对幼儿教师职业技能培养的研究与思考,转化比赛成果与经验,进行目标全能化、人员全员化、内容全面化、过程全程化、评价全量化的"五全化"培养探索,将使更广泛的学前教育专业学生受益,有助于提升学前教育专业学生的幼儿教师职业技能,切实提升大专层次幼儿教师的培养质量。 The Action Plan for Revitalizing Teacher Education(2018-2022)proposed to train a great number of professional preschool teachers with an Associate’s Degree or above in early childhood education.The teaching staff of preschools will be expected to consist mainly of Associate’s Degree holders for quite a long time.Vocational colleges hold national vocational students’skill competition to engage faculty in reflecting on the training of future instructors and inspire faculty members and would-be educators to improve their pedagogy in five major areas:1.Setting comprehensive teaching goals;2.Building a teaching team with comprehensive qualifications;3.Crafting a comprehensive syllabus;4.Developing a comprehensive teaching process;5.Laying down a comprehensive assessment system.The"five comprehensiveness"approach may help train more competent preschool teachers effectively.
