摘要
互联电网发生大停电后的恢复过程中,负荷增长量应和发电能力增长相适应,并满足系统频率和电压的约束。为提高黑启动过程中分区恢复效率及效果,本文首先采用谱聚类算法对基于电网拓扑结构的初步分区策略进行优化,缩短子系统恢复时间,其次建立恢复路径优化及负荷恢复优化模型,从系统恢复时间、考虑线路非连通修正的路径恢复以及不确定负荷恢复效率等角度分别进行优化,在3个阶段均加入频率、电压强约束,最后通过人工蜂群算法求解。以宁夏电网实际算例验证了所提方案实施效果,本方案相比传统黑启动方案时间缩短33%,负荷恢复量提高接近1000MW,黑启动过程中的频率、电压变化幅度也更小。
In the recovery process after the blackout of the interconnected power grid,the load growth should be compatible with the growth of power generation capacity,and the system should meet the constraints of frequency and voltage.In order to improve the efficiency and effect of partition recovery during black start,the spectral clustering algorithm is used to optimize the initial partition strategy based on the grid topology to reduce the subsystem recovery time.Secondly,the restoration path optimization and load recovery optimization models are established,which are optimized from the perspectives of system recovery time,path recovery considering line non-connected correction and uncertain load recovery efficiency,and take into account the frequency and voltage constraints.Finally,the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the problem.The implementation effect of this proposed scheme is verified by the actual example of Ningxia Power Grid.Compared with the traditional black start scheme,the time is reduced by 33%,the load recovery is increased by nearly 1 000 MW,and the frequency and voltage variation during the black start is smaller as well.
