摘要
提出一种计及可靠性的配电网重构模型和分阶段快速方法。通过可靠性指标体系的分析,提出选取平均供电可用率指标和系统供电量不足指标作为表征系统可靠性的核心指标,并考虑传统模型中的系统有功网损指标。以上述3个指标最优为目标函数,构造新的多目标重构模型。针对3个指标量纲的不同和各指标自身特点,构造各指标的归一化满意度函数。为减少新模型的求解时间,提出求解该模型的分阶段快速算法,该算法在重构前期不计算可靠性指标,仅在重构后期才加入可靠性指标的计算,大幅减少了计算时间。算例分析验证了所提出模型和算法的有效性。
A novel model and multistage algorithm for distribution network reconfiguration considering system reliability are presented.Through the analysis of the reliability indices architecture,average service availability index(ASAI) and energy not supplied(ENS) are selected as the core indices for system reliability,combining the power loss index in traditional distribution network reconfiguration model.These three indices are included in the multi-objective function in a novel model.The satisfaction degree of the three indices are constructed based on their dimension and features.A fast multistage algorithm is used to solve this optimization problem.In this algorithm,reliability indices are not computed in the earlier reconfiguration stage,instead,they are only computed in the later reconfiguration stage.Test results clearly demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm.
