棉卷性能与成纱质量关系模型的建立与验证

摘要 收集纺织企业的棉卷,记录相应棉卷的成纱质量测试数据。利用XJ128快速棉纤维性能检测仪等设备检测棉卷的马克隆值、上半部平均长度、整齐度指数、断裂比强度、断裂伸长率、成熟度指数、反光亮度、黄色深度、色泽等级、杂质数、含杂面积百分率、杂质等级、短绒率及含杂质量百分率14项指标,根据测试数据分析棉卷性能与成纱强力、条干CV、细节、粗节和棉结的关系,建立棉卷性能指标与成纱质量的关系模型,并对模型进行验证。结果显示:运用预测模型得到预测结果与实际成纱质量具有较高的拟合度,相关系数为0.795~0.893,建立的棉卷性能与成纱质量关系模型具有适用性。 Laps from textile enterprises were collected and the corresponding yarn quality test data were recorded.Then 14 main indexes of the lap were tested by XJ128 rapid cotton fiber performance detector and other equipment.The micronaire,upper half mean length,uniformity index,breaking specific strength,elongation at break,maturity index,anti-brightness and yellow depth,the color grade,the impurity number,the impurity-containing area percentage,the impurity level,the short pile rate and the impurity-containing weight percentage are included in these indexes.Then the properties and the strength of corresponding yarn,quality indexes of CV,yarn thin places,nubs and neps were analyzed according to the test data.The relation between rough section and cotton knot is established and the model of the relationship between the performance index of cotton coil and yarn quality is established and verified.It is indicated that the predicted results have a high fitting degree with the actual yarn quality,and the correlation coefficient is 0.795-0.893.The model about the relationship between the properties of lap and the yarn quality was proved to be applicable.
