摘要
探讨粘胶9.8 tex强捻纱的纺纱工艺。简述了粘胶纤维的性能和纺纱工艺流程,介绍了纺粘胶强捻纱各工序工艺原则、工艺参数配置和具体的技术措施。指出:开清棉工序应避免纤维损伤;梳棉工序要加强纤维梳理和转移;并条工序需要提高纤维伸直度和匀整效果;粗纱工序要合理设定粗纱捻系数,提高假捻器的配置效果;细纱工序重点要对细纱捻系数、摇架压力与钳口隔距等优选,加强锭带的选用和管理工作;负压低温热定形处理提高了成纱捻度的稳定性。认为:通过合理的工艺优选可以使粘胶强捻纱获得良好的纺纱效果。
Spinning technology of viscose 9.8 tex hard twist yarn was discussed. The properties of viscose fi- ber and spinning technology processing were briefly reviewed. The technology principle in each process,technolo- gy parameter configuration and detailed technology measures were introduced. It is pointed out that fiber injury should be avoided in opening process. Fiber carding and transferring should be strengthened in carding process. Fi- ber straightening and uniformity effect should be improved during drawing process. Roving twist factor should be reasonably set in roving process to improve the configuration effect of false twister. In spinning process, the key point is the optimization of parameters like spinning twist factor, cradle pressure, nipper gauge and so on. Moreo- ver, the selection and management of spindle tape should also be strengthened. The stability of yarn twist was im- proved by heat setting treatment under negative pressure and lower temperature. It is considered that better spin- ning effect of viscose hard twist yarn can be achieved by reasonable technology optimization.
