摘要 随着外科无菌技术的发展,术后感染的发生率已大幅降低,但仍无法完全避免,尤其是随着手术及材料技术的持续发展,各种内植物的应用越来越广泛,使得感染的控制更为困难。骨科领域内固定的应用已非常普遍,一旦发生手术部位感染(SSI)常需要将内植物取出,造成手术失败。脊柱外科手术操作较为复杂,手术时间相对较长,手术创面较大,术后发生SSI的比例更高。如何能在保留内植物的前提下成功控制感染,并尽可能减少患者的痛苦一直是脊柱外科医师追求的目标。目前负压封闭引流(VSD)技术的应用取得了一些进展,本文对VSD技术在脊柱后路内固定术后感染的应用研究进展做一综述。 The prevalence of postoperative infections has been largely reduced since the development of surgical aseptic technique, though not eliminated. However, with the advance of surgical techniques and evolution of materials, various implants are applied especially in orthopedic surgeries, requiring more demanding infection controls. Once a surgical site infection (SSI) arises, implants are usually removed, resulting in surgical failure. Spinal surgeries are more prone to SSIs based on its complexity, long duration, and mass surgical wound. Therefore, successful infection control while retaining implants without inflicting patients has been the goal for spinal surgeons. Many advances have been made in the vacuum sealing drainage (VSD). Here we reviewed on the application of VSD in surgical site infections after spinal posterior internal fixation.
