摘要 以L-脯氨酸为手性源,通过还原、氨基保护、酯化等反应,合成了L-脯氨酸衍生物3,研究了反应条件对产物收率的影响。将化合物3分别与具有不同取代基的烷基咪唑反应,合成五种氨基酸衍生物为阳离子的手性离子液体4a~4e。对所合成的产物4a~4e进行了结构表征,测定了旋光度,并对其溶解性以及热稳性进行了初步探讨。 An L-Proline derivative 3 was prepared via sequential reduction,amino protection and esterification using L-proline as chiral source.The effect of reaction conditions on the yield was investigated.Five chiral ionic liquids with amino acid derivatives as cations were synthesized from the reaction of intermediates 3 with alkyl imidazole with different substituents 4a^4e.The chemical structures of products 4a.4e were characterized,the specific rotations were measured and the solubility and thermal stability were also discussed.
