摘要
在聚碳酸酯膜上运用化学沉积法制备金纳米通道,将L-脯氨酸用于修饰金纳米通道的修饰,得到具有手性选择性的金纳米通道膜。实验进一步考察了L-脯氨酸修饰的金纳米通道膜对3种氨基酸对映体(酪氨酸、色氨酸、苯丙氨酸)的手性拆分效果。实验结果表明,与苯丙氨酸和色氨酸对映体相比,酪氨酸对映体在修饰后的金纳米通道膜中的分离度最高,手性拆分效果最好。
Gold nanochannel was prepared on the polycarbonate membranes using the chemical deposition method. L-proline was used to modify gold nanochannels so as to obtain gold nanochannel membranes with chiral selectivities. The chiral resolutions of three pairs of amino acid enantiomers (tyrosine, tryptophan, phenylalanine) by L-proline modified gold nanochannels were investigated. The experimental results showed that compared with phenylalanine and tryptophan enantiomers, the degree of separation of tyrosine enantiomers was the highest and the chiral resolution effect was the best.
