层板混凝土上下重叠区域同时浇筑施工技术 被引量:1

Construction Technology for Simultaneous Pouring of Floor Slab Concrete in Upper and Lower Overlapping Areas

摘要 在以往的施工过程中,当遇到局部上下层板处于同一立面却是不同标高位置的施工情况时,一般都需待下层混凝土强度达到1.2 MPa以上后再搭设支撑架、浇筑上部混凝土,工期耗费较长。重庆山水国际主题休闲旅游度假区项目采用"钢板+止水螺杆"转换构件,一次性搭设上下层支撑,同时浇筑混凝土。实践表明,只要保证螺栓抗剪及承压能力能承受上下层不同方向的水平施工荷载,施工的安全和质量就能得到保证,从而有效缩短工期。 In the past construction process, when the construction of partial upper and lower floor slabs are located on the same facade but at different elevations, it is generally necessary to set up the support frame and to pour the upper concrete after the concrete strength of the lower floor slab reaches more than 1.2 Mpa, so the construction period is relatively long. The Chongqing Riverside international theme leisure and tourism resort project adopts the "steel plate +water-stop screw" conversion components to set up the support on upper and lower floor slabs at one time and to pour concrete simultaneously. Practice shows that the safety and quality of construction can be guaranteed as long as the shear strength and bearing capacity of bolts can bear the horizontal construction load in different directions of the upper and lower floor slabs. The construction period can thus be efficiently reduced.
