摘要
北京密云新城高层住宅项目地上采用剪力墙结构,地下采用部分框支剪力墙结构。对此类地下转换高层建筑的结构选型、结构布置、嵌固端选取、抗震等级确定、结构计算、结果分析与构件设计等进行了研究。对于具有全埋地的多层地下室的高层建筑,地下室顶板作为嵌固端是经济合理的选择。地下转换高层建筑结构与地面转换高层建筑结构的设计应区分对待,地下转换高层建筑地上结构可按普通剪力墙结构设计。
The shear wall structure is adopted in the high-rise residential project of Beijing Miyun new town,and the partial frame supported shear wall structure is adopted in the underground.In this paper,the structure selection,structural arrangement,the selection of the embedded end,the determination of seismic grade,the calculation of the structure,the analysis of the results and the design of the members of the high rise building are introduced in detail.It is an economic and reasonable choice for the high-rise building with a fully buried multi- storey basement.The design of the high-rise building structure with the conversion of the underground structure and the ground conversion should be treated differently,and the upper structure.of the underground conversion high-rise building can be designed according to the common shear wall structure.
