摘要
为了改善国内自动售货机使用率不高的问题,文章分析归纳了现有自动售货机的人机交互模型,发现了亟待解决的交互问题。运用服务设计的相关理念和方法进行了用户研究,构建了系统化的、用户参与度高的智能自动售货系统交互模型。通过对比实验证明服务设计理论应用于自动售货系统设计以及相关自助服务系统设计的可行性和有效性。为未来的智能化生活和相关自助服务终端产品的设计提供参考。
In order to improve the problem of the low usage rate of domestic vending machines,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing humancomputer interaction model of vending machines,and finds out the urgent interactive problems. Users are studied by using related concepts and methods of service design,and a systematic interactive model of intelligent vending system with high degree of user participation is constructed. The comparative experiment proves the feasibility and validity of applying service design theory to the design of vending system and related self-service system. It will provide a reference for the future intelligent life and the design of related self service terminal products.
