摘要
分析在智能人机交互产品中,服务设计所解决的问题和相关设计因素。阐述了服务关联者、服务所依托的产品、服务过程和服务环境四个因素对智能人机交互产品服务设计的影响。探讨了通过用户研究、绘制流程图、设计服务接触点和系统原型界面四个步骤去完成智能人机交互产品服务设计的思路。指出了智能人机交互产品服务设计的表现途径是交互界面设计。
It is analyzed that what problems can be resolved by service design and what factors are related to service design of intelligent HCI product. It is elaborated that four influence factors including service-associated persons, products supported by the service, service process and environment had influences on service design of intelligent HCI product. The design idea is discussed. The service design process is fulfilled, through user studies, drawing flow chart, designing service touch points and system prototype interface. It is pointed out that the expressing way of intelligent HCI product service design is interface design.
