摘要
目的研究健康教育临床护理路径在糖尿病护理中的效果。方法选取我院2017年8～12月收治的60例糖尿病患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为两组,均30例,其中对照组实施常规护理模式,研究组实施健康教育临床护理路径,对比两组患者血糖、SDSCA、GQOL-74评分。结果护理前两组患者各项血糖、SDSCA评分、GQOL-74评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理后研究组各项均低于对照组,研究组治疗后均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者在治疗期间,采取健康教育临床护理路径,能够有效改善患者各项血糖水平,并提高患者自我管理行为,生活质量有效的上升,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway of health education in nursing of diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode while the study group was given clinical nursing pathway of health education.The blood glucose,SDSCA (Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities) scores and GQOL-74 (Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74) scores were compared between two groups. Results Before intervention,the blood glucose,SDSCA scores and GQOL-74 scores of two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group and better than those before intervention.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway of health education in treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the blood glucose,self-cmanagement behaviors and quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
