摘要
目的观察专业护理小组在提高住院糖尿病患者健康教育知晓率中的应用效果。方法成立糖尿病专业护理小组，设计糖尿病健康教育知晓率调查问卷，界定小组内各个人员的分工，明确各小组的管理职责，工作内容，主要任务等，规范临床工作流程，持续改进工作质量。结果糖尿病住院患者健康教育知晓率由40．25％提高到77．00％，护士解决问题的能力、责任心、凝聚力等8个方面都有较大提高。结论专业护理小组有效提高了住院糖尿病患者健康教育知晓率，值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of professional nursing group improving the health education awareness rate of patients with diabetes. Methods Professional diabetes nursing team was established. The questionnaire of diabetes health education awareness rate was professionally designed. The personnel division of labor in the group was defined. Clarify every team＇s management responsibilities, work content, main tasks and so on. Standardize clinical workflow, and continue improving the quality of work. Results The health education awareness rate of hospitalized patients with diabetes from 40. 25% to 77.00%. Eight aspects of the nurses, such as the ability to solve problems, the sense of responsibility, the cohesion were improved greatly. Conclusions The professional nursing team has effectively improved the health education awareness rate of hospitalized diabetic patients. It is worth promoting.
