教学团队建设在住院医师规范化培训师资效果评价 被引量:1

Effect Evaluation of Four-Puncture Team Construction on the Teaching Ability of Standardized Training Teachers for Resident Physicians

摘要 探讨了四大穿刺团队建设对住院医师规范化培训师资带教能力的效果。2018年5月~10月选择上海中医药大学附属光华医院的住院医师规范化培训带教师资9名,通过组建培训师资团队、团队能力建设、团队制度建设、课程体系建设及实践考核等加强四大穿刺团队建设。采用自身对照法,比较了团队建设前后带教老师的理论、技能考核成绩,临床技能指导能力及规培学员对教学效果的满意度。结果表明:团队建设后,带教师资的理论成绩、技能成绩均较团队建设前明显提高(P<0.05)。与团队建设前比较,带教师资的课堂讲授能力、课件制作能力、沟通表达能力、人文关怀均明显改善(P<0.05)。与团队建设前比较,规培学员对带教师资的教学内容、教学方法及教学效果的满意度在团队建设后均明显提高(P<0.05)。四大穿刺团队建设运用于住院医师规范化培训带教老师教学指导能力培训,能使带教老师扎实掌握穿刺带教指导技能,实施系统化、标准化、层次化指导方法,从而提高穿刺教学质量。 To explore the effect of four-puncture team construction on the teaching ability of standardized training teachers for resident physicians. Methods:From May to October 2018, 9 doctors of ShangHaiGuangHua Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicineof TCM were selected as teachers for standardized training. Four-puncture team construction was strengthened by setting up training teacher team, team capacity construction, team system construction, course system construction and practice assessment.The self-comparison method was used to compare the theoretical and skill assessment results, clinical skill guidance ability and the satisfaction of the trainees with teaching effect before and after team construction. Result:After team construction, both the theoretical and skill scores of all the teachers were significantly improved compared with those before team construction(P<0.05). Compared with before team construction, classroom teaching ability, courseware making ability, communication and expression ability and humanistic care were significantly improved(P<0.05). Compared with the before team construction, the satisfaction of the trainees with the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching effects of the teachers was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusions: Four-puncture team construction applied to the standardized training of resident physicians can be helpful for teachers to solidly grasp the puncture teaching and guidance skills, in order to implement systematic, standardized and hierarchical instructing methods, and improve the quality of puncture teaching.
