摘要
为了提高CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的铺设精度,保证建造质量和效率,提升铁路建设的信息化管理水平,研发了高速铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道建造一体化管理系统。该系统基于B/S(浏览器/服务器)架构进行开发,针对不同工序的数据管理需求,创建了CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道建造过程标准化数据库,构建了无砟轨道建造一体化管理平台,实现了对无砟轨道建造过程的质量、进度、生产要素等的管控,将建造信息的查询、统计分析、归档变得更加便捷。该系统应用互联网技术将传统的建造模式与现代信息技术相融合,为高速铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道建设提供了信息化支撑和系统保障。目前该系统已经在多条高速铁路线路中得到应用,系统运行稳定、可靠,功能符合现场需求,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to improve the laying accuracy of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track,guarantee the quality and eff iciency of construction and improve the information management level of railway construction,a construction integrated management system of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track for high speed railway was developed. The system was developed based on B/S( brow ser/server) architecture. According to the data management requirements of different processes,the standard database of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track construction process was created,the integrated management platform for ballastless track construction was constructed,the control of quality,schedule and production factors for ballastless track construction process was realized,which make the inquiry,statistical analysis and archiving of construction information more convenient. The system integrates traditional construction mode with modern information technology by using Internet technology,which provides information support and system guarantee for CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track construction of high speed railway. At present,the system has been applied in a number of high speed railway lines,the system is stable and reliable,and its function meets the f ield requirements,which has broad application prospects.
