摘要
目的探讨分析临床护理路径对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者围介入期身心状态的影响。方法选择我院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的AMI患者112例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各56例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径。比较两组患者护理前、护理1周后的焦虑、抑郁情绪及疾病感知度。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组IPQ-R评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,临床护理路径的实施能进一步改善AMI患者围介入期的焦虑、抑郁情绪,并提高疾病感知度,临床推广价值较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on physical and mental state in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)during intervention period.Methods A total of 112 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway.Anxiety,depression and disease perception before and after one week of nursing in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the IPQ-R scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,the implementation of clinical nursing pathway can further improve the anxiety and depression of AMI patients in the perioperative period and improve their perception of disease,with higher clinical application value.
