摘要
八角茴香既是调味佳品,又是中药材,为我国卫生部认定的药食同源物质。诸多研究表明,八角茴香丰富的天然成分具有抑菌作用。文章梳理、综述了近年来我国有关八角茴香抑菌作用的研究进展,为八角茴香抑菌作用的进一步研究及其抑菌功能产品的开发提供了参考。
Star anise is not only a kind of fine seasoning,but also a kind of Chinese medical herbs,which is known as the"homology of medicine and food"by Chinese Ministry of Health.Many studies have shown that the abundant natural ingredients of star anise have bacteriostatic effect.This paper reviews the research progress of the bacteriostasis of star anise in recent years in China,and provides reference for the further study on the bacteriostasis of star anise and the development of its bacteriostasis fimctopmal products.
