摘要
采用生长速率法,测定了南天竹不同器官的提取液对小麦纹枯病菌Rhizoctonia cerealis、番茄褐斑病菌Helminthosporiurn carposaprum、番茄早疫病菌Alternaria solani、黄瓜褐斑病菌Corynespora cassiicolai的抑菌作用.结果表明:当质量浓度为0.1 g/mL时,南天竹不同器官的提取液对4种病原菌菌丝生长都有一定的抑制作用,但不同器官的抑菌活性不同,其中南天竹叶提取液的抑菌活性较强,抑制率均高于50%,根提取液的抑菌活性次之,茎和果实提取液的抑菌活性较弱,抑制率均低于50%.
The fungistasis of Nandina domestica was tested with isolate hypha of Rhizoctonia cerealis,Helminthosporiurn carposaprum,Alternaria solani and Corynespora cassiicolai under separate cultivating conditions.The concentration of these extracts was 0.1 g/mL.The results showed that N.domesticahad plenty of bioactive substance to restrain hypha growth.Different tissue of N.domestica had different antifungal activity to hypha.Leaf extracts of N.domestica had strong fungistasis,the antifungal rates of extracts of N.domestica to 4 tested fungus were higher 50%,followed by roots extracts.However,fruits and stems extracts of N.domestica had weak fungistasis,the antifungal rates of extracts of N.domestica to 4 tested fungus were lower 50%.
