摘要
随着社会对汽车质量与安全问题越来越重视,缺陷汽车产品召回已经成为产品质量提升和消费者人身财产安全保障的措施。我国缺陷汽车产品召回制度较美国起步较晚,在召回管理制度以及召回数量等方面还存在一定差距。为了进一步促进我国缺陷汽车产品召回管理工作的发展,本文基于2017年缺陷汽车产品召回数据,从汽车销量与召回数量、缺陷故障总成分布、受监管部门调查影响情况等方面,对中美两国缺陷汽车产品召回数据进行对比分析,为我国缺陷汽车产品召回工作的完善提供参考。
With increasing importance attached to the quality and safety of automobiles, recall of defective automobile products has become a measure to improve product quality and ensure the safety of consumers’ personal property.The recall system of defective automobile products in China started later than that in the United States. There are still some gaps in the recall management system and the number of recalls. In order to further promote the development of defective automobile products recall management in China, based on the recall data of defective automobile products in 2017, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the recall data of defective automobile products in China and the United States from the aspects including automobile sales and recall quantity, distribution of defective fault components, and the situation affected by the investigation of regulatory authorities, so as to provide reference for the recall work of defective automobile products in China.
