摘要
该研究对云南省高校117位英语教师进行问卷调查,并辅以个人访谈,研究云南省高校英语教师的教学动机,揭示云南省高校英语教师教学动机现状及个体差异性特征。研究结果显示:1.云南省大学英语教师教学动机总体较高,呈现出较为积极的态势,但仍有部分教师教学动机偏低,教学动机的波动性亦较为突出;2.职称和学历层次对于教师教学动机具有较为显著的影响,而性别和课型对于教师教学动机的影响较为有限。
This empirical study is based on a survey of 117 English teachers from colleges in Yunnan Province,combined with personal interview and aiming to explore the teaching motivation of them.The result shows that the teaching motivation of college English teachers in Yunnan Province is relatively high,but some teachers still show low teaching motivation,while for some of them,their teaching motivation is fluctuating.Their academic title and educational background have a direct influence on their teaching motivation.However,the gender and lesson types have little impact.
