摘要
培养具有"工匠精神"的高素质技术技能人才是当前职业教育界的主要目标。本文作者结合多年的从教及专业建设经历,指出了实现这一目标的主要瓶颈,并分析了当前职业院校师资队伍现状、存在的问题以及存在问题的主要原因,提出了解决问题的建议与思考,以期为职业教育改革提供参考。
It is the main goal of vocational education to cultivate high quality technical talents with "craftsman's spirit".In this paper,the author combined with years of teaching experience and professional construction,points out the main bottleneck to achieve this goal,and analyzes the current status of vocational college teachers,the existence question as well as the main reason for the problem,put forward the suggestions to solve the problem and thinking,in order to provide references for the reformof vocational education.
