摘要
"双一流"建设是当前我国高等教育领域的一大国家战略,一流大学则需要由一流学科来支撑,分析一流学科所在学校的师资结构,可更好地了解我国一流学科的建设情况。文章利用由年龄结构、学历结构、学缘结构、职称结构所构建的师资结构四维可视化模型,分析了56个iSchool院系1123位教师的师资队伍现状,并从不同等级、不同地区的视角查看iSchool的师资结构情况,发现毕业自外校且具有博士学位的老年教授占所有iSchool师资队伍的大部分,等级三iSchool到等级一iSchool出现递进式发展的趋势,亚太地区和欧洲地区的iSchool可提高年轻外来教师的吸纳比例。
Under the background of Double World-class construction in China,all universities have been developing on their most advantageous disciplines and resources.A well-built structure of faculty is a key to a stable university.We proposed a 4D visualization model which consists of age structure,degree structure,graduation structure,and title structure.The 4D visualization model can reveal the faculty construction situation of a unit vividly,rather than displaying it by facts and sheets.The model showed the visualization of1123faculties from 56iSchools in the world from the perspective of tiers and regions respectively.The results show that the biggest proportion of faculties are professors with doctoral degree and different education background;there is a tendency that iSchools in Tier 3 and Tier 2 are developing toward Tier 1;iSchools in Asia Pacific and Europe could enroll more younger teachers from other countries.
