摘要
【目的】探讨金乌骨通胶囊联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎患者的疗效。【方法】选择老年膝关节骨关节炎患者92例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组46例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用金乌骨通胶囊治疗，两组均治疗4周。比较两组疗效、治疗前后严重程度评分、膝关节功能评分及血清IL-1和IL-6水平变化及不良反应情况。【结果】观察组治疗总有效率为91．30％（42／46），明显高于对照组的69．57％（32／46），其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后严重程度评分、血清IL-1和IL-6水平均明显低于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未见异常。【结论】金乌骨通胶囊联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎患者疗效显著，可改善患者膝关节功能，降低细胞因子IL-1和IL-6水平。值得临床推广应用。
[Objective]To investigate the curative effect of Jinwu Gutong Capsule combined with sodium hya- luronate in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis . [Methods]Ninety-two elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group （ n =46） and control group （ n =46）. The control group was treated with injection of sodium hyaluronate; on the basis of the control group, the observation group was treaded with Jinwu Gutong Capsule . The course of treatment was 4 weeks in two groups. The thera- peutic effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The curative effect, the severity score before and alter treatment, the knee function score, the changes of serum IL-1 and IL-6 levels, and the adverse re- actions were compared between the two groups. [Results]The total efficiency of the observation group 91.31 （42/46） was higher than that in the control group69.57% （32/46）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05） ; The scores of severity, serum IL-1 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05） ; The knee function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05） ; ECG, blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function of the two groups were not abnormal. [Conclusion] Jinwu Gutong Capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis can improve the knee joint function of patients, reduce the cytokines IL 1 and IL-6 levels ,and it is worthy of clinical application.
