摘要
目的探讨健康教育和心理护理在首发高血压患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年1月~2018年2月60例首发高血压患者纳入本研究,随机均分为观察组30例和对照组30例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施健康教育与心理护理,比较两组患者干预前后心理状态评分和生活质量评分以及干预后服药依从性。结果观察组患者干预后SAS评分及SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后服药依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后SF-36各项评分(生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育和心理护理在改善首发高血压患者心理状态、服药依从率以及提高生活质量方面效果明确。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education and psychological care in patients with first-episode hypertension.Methods 60 patients with first-episode hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was additionally given health education and psychological nursing.The psychological status scores and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after intervention and medication adherence after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of the observation group(physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,overall health,vitality,social function,emotional function,and mental health)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and psychological care have a definite effect on improving the mental state,medication compliance,and quality of life of first-episode hypertension patients.
