图像引导放射治疗技术不同验证模式对头颈部肿瘤调强放疗摆位误差的影响 被引量:27

Effects of different verification modes of image-guided radiotherapy on the positioning errors of intensity-modulated radiotherapy for head and neck tumors

摘要 目的探讨图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)技术不同验证模式对头颈部肿瘤调强放疗摆位误差的影响。方法选择20例行调强放疗的头颈部肿瘤患者,根据接受的验证方式分为A组及B组,每组各10例。A组患者行二维KV-KV位置验证,B组患者行三维锥体束CT(CBCT)位置验证。对比两组水平方向上的摆位误差及验证效果。结果两组患者水平方向上前后、头脚、左右位置的摆位误差比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。A组的验证时间及影像采集获取时间均短于B组(均P <0. 05),但B组的影像清晰度、配准区域、配准方式均优于A组。结论 IGRT技术的二维KV-KV验证模式和三维CBCT验证模式在水平方向上对摆位误差的验证效果相当。 Objective To explore the effects of different verification modes of image-guided radiotherapy(IGRT)on the positioning errors of intensity modulated radiotherapy for head and neck tumors.Methods A total of 20 patients with head and neck cancer who underwent intensity modulated radiotherapy were selected.According to the verification mode,patients were divided into group A or group B,with 10 cases in each group.2D KV-KV position verification was conducted in group A,while 3D cone beam CT(CBCT)position verification was conducted in group B.The difference in positioning error in the horizontal direction and verification effect were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significants difference between the two groups in the horizontal positioning errors of anterior and posterior,head and foot,or left and right positions(all P >0.05).The validation time and image acquisition time A were shorter in group than in group B(all P<0.05),but the image clarity,registration area and registration mode were better in group B than in group A.Conclusion 2D KV-KV verification mode and 3D CBCT verification mode of IGRT have similar verification effects on positioning errors in horizontal direction.
