摘要
目的探究临床护理路径对肾综合征出血热护理过程中的效果分析。方法选自2015年1月—2018年2月该科收治肾综合征出血热患者共80例,随机分组法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者运用临床护理路径护理,比较护理结果。结果观察组患者住院时间平均为(13.05±3.26)d,所花费的费用为(11 236±784)元,治愈率为95.0%,并发症发生率为2.5%,护理的满意度为95.0%,其健康教育知晓率90.0%,护士工作效率提高97.5%,护理后健康教育落实率为95.0%均优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(t=4.79、15.37,χ~2=4.366、4.774、15.339、12.337、17.326、12.683,P<0.05)。结论通过对肾综合征出血热患者采取临床护理路径模式,能够缩短患者住院时间,减少住院费用,同时提高护理人员工作效率,提高患者对护理人员的护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the nursing process of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.Methods The subjects were selected from January 2015 to February 2018.A total of 80 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were enrolled in the department.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.Clinical nursing pathway care,comparing nursing results were compared.Results The average hospitalization time of the observation group was(13.05±3.26)d,the cost was(11 236±784)yuan,the cure rate was 95.0%,the complication rate was 2.5%,and the satisfaction rate for nursing was 95.0%.The health knowledge awareness rate was 90.0%,the nurses'work efficiency increased by 97.5%,and the post-nursing health education implementation rate was 95.0%,which was better than the control group.The data were statistically significant(t=4.79,15.37,χ^2=4.366,4.774,15.339,12.337,17.326,12.683,P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting a clinical nursing path model for patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,it is possible to shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the cost of hospitalization,improve the work efficiency of nursing staff,and improve the patient satisfaction with nursing staff,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
