摘要
随着互联网技术的飞速发展,翻转课堂已成为法学教育的新理念和新的教学手段。以布鲁姆教育理论为视角,法学翻转课堂的基本结构应体现对于学生高阶思维能力的锻造。在进行法学翻转课堂教学设计时不仅要注重教学团队合作;不拘泥于寻求完美设计,而且还须基于翻转理念对教学目标、教学大纲、课程计划、教学内容及其传达机制等要素加以厘清。在法学翻转课堂教学活动的实施方式重构过程中,应以案例为中心并以问题为导向组织翻转教学。
With the rapid development of Internet technology,flipping classroom has become a new idea and a new teaching method in law education.From the perspective of Bloom's educational theory,the basic structure of flipped law classroom should be reflected in the training of students'high-order thinking ability.In the course of the design of the classroom teaching,we should pay attention to the cooperation of the teaching team and seek the perfected design.Moreover,it is necessary to clarify the teaching objectives,syllabus,curriculum plan,teaching content and communication mechanism based on the idea of flipped classroom.In the process of reconstructing practice of flipped law classroom activities,we should organize the flipped teaching by taking cases as the center and use problems and orientation.
