摘要
目的:对清热涤痰定喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童支气管哮喘安全性及疗效的研究。方法:回顾分析160例儿童支气管哮喘临床资料,分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用清热涤痰定喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗3个疗程(1个疗程10d)后,观察两组患者临床治疗有效率、肺功能指标、复发率以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率96.25%高于对照组76.25%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床症状(咳嗽、憋喘、哮鸣音)评分降低,与治疗前对比(P<0.05),且观察组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿肺功能指标(VCmax、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)均改善,与治疗前对比(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率、不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热涤痰定喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效确切,可促进肺功能的恢复,改善临床症状,且复发率低,无临床不良反应,用药安全。
Objective:To study the application in treatment of children with bronchial asthma clinical efficacy and safety of Qingre Ditan Dingchuan decoction combined with acupuncture.Methods:A retrospective analysis from the clinical data of 160 cases of children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 patients in each group.The patients in the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,observation group were treated with Qingre Ditan Dingchuan decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy,continuous treatment of 3 courses(1 cycles 10d),observe two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group 96.25% was significantly higher than the control group 76.25% (P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of the 2 groups after treatment(cough,dyspnea,wheeze)scores decreased significantly,compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group decreased significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Standard refers to the 2 groups of children after treatment of pulmonary function(VCmax,FEV1,FEV1/FVC)were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Ditan Dingchuan decoction combined with the therapeutic effect of acupoint application in treatment of bronchial asthma in children exactly that can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve lung function recovery,and low recurrence rate,no clinical adverse reactions,drug safety.
