摘要
目的探讨中药热奄包对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中医证候积分、不良反应、复发情况及肺功能结果的影响。方法选择2017年1月～2018年1月我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者60例,使用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,各30例。对照组予以复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,观察组予以中药热奄包治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、不良反应、复发情况及肺功能结果。结果治疗后,观察组患者肺功能改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组患者咳嗽、咯痰、恶寒肢冷症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者采用中药热奄包治疗能有效改善其各项临床症状、降低不良反应发生率及复发可能性,同时可在一定程度上减少患者的气道反应,疗效确切。
Objective To explore the effect of Chinese herbal hot package on TCM syndrome scores,adverse reactions,recurrence and pulmonary function in patients with cough variant asthma.Methods 60 patients with cough variant asthma who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 and January 2018 were selected.They were divided into 2 groups by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsules and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal hot package.TCM syndrome scores,adverse reactions,recurrence and pulmonary function of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the improvement of pulmonary function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores such as cough,expectoration,aversion to cold and coldness of limbs in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cough variant asthma,Chinese herbal hot package can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the possibility of recurrence,and at the same time reduce the airway response of patients to a certain extent.The curative effect is exact.
