摘要
癌性疼痛是恶性肿瘤患者常见症状之一,具有发生率高、控制率低的特点,严重影响肿瘤患者的生存质量。自卫计委在全国范围内启动了"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房"创建活动以来,我国的癌痛治疗取得一定成效,但癌痛的控制远未能达到令人满意的水平。近年来,药物治疗管理模式在多种慢性病管理中得到应用,该理念也逐步运用到包括癌痛治疗的更多的慢病管理中。本文对药物治疗管理模式在国内外的研究进展以及该模式在癌痛管理中的应用进行综述,总结药物治疗管理模式的组织结构、准入资格、实施内容以及实施对象,并从临床、人文关怀、经济三个角度对其进行质量评估,以期为优化我国癌痛管理模式、提高癌痛治疗效果提供借鉴。
Cancer pain is one of the most common symptoms of cancer patients.It has the characteristics of high incidence and low control rate.Cancer pain affects the quality of survival of the cancer patients during the limited life period,and has a serious impact on the spiritual and mental health of the patients.Since the"Standardized Treatment Demonstration Ward of Cancer Pain"was launched by the National Health Commission of PRC throughout the country,the treatment of cancer pain in China has certain achievement,but the control of cancer pain has not reached a satisfactory level.In recent years,the application of medication therapy management has achieved a lot in the management of many chronic diseases,and the idea is gradually applied to more chronic disease management,including cancer pain.This paper reviews the progress of this model in the management of cancer pain,summarizes the organization structure,the qualification of admittance and the implementation content and object.Quality assessment is carried out from clinical,humanistic and economic perspectives to provide reference for improving the management mode of cancer pain.
